Integrations were scoped to connect Temenos T24 to JMMB operational channels and back office systems, and Temenos Insight was delivered to both JMMB, Jamaica and the Trinidad subsidiary where the subsidiary operates a non T24 core banking system. The implementation used Insight to bridge analytical and reporting workflows across heterogeneous core environments, enabling consolidated views without implying a core migration for the Trinidad entity. ClearSight Solutions led the phased rollout and implementation governance, establishing change control, parameter governance, and operational runbooks for day to day banking operations on Temenos T24. Project governance focused on configuration management, reconciliations between posting engines and reporting layers, and role based access controls to support Core Banking operational ownership across relevant business functions.
