In 2016, JMMB Group Trinidad & Tobago implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform. ClearSight Solutions led the implementation in Trinidad while coordinating delivery activities with JMMB Jamaica. The program included delivery of Temenos Insight to both JMMB Jamaica and the Trinidad subsidiary, and the Trinidad entity continued to operate a non T24 core banking system during Insight deployment.
The implementation concentrated on the Core Banking functional stack, with Temenos T24 configured for customer master and account management, deposit processing, lending workflows, centralized ledger posting, and transaction processing. Configuration work emphasized parameterized product definitions and transaction orchestration to support retail and corporate banking workflows and to standardize account services across the group. Temenos T24 was positioned as the primary processing engine for core transactions and product lifecycle management.
ClearSight Solutions managed rollout sequencing and cross-jurisdiction governance, establishing change control and operational cutover coordination across front-office, operations, and back-office functions. Temenos Insight was provisioned across both jurisdictions to provide consolidated analytics and reporting, delivered into environments that included a non T24 core in Trinidad, which required governance alignment for data access and reporting consistency. The deployment aligned Temenos T24 and Temenos Insight as central applications for core processing and enterprise reporting within JMMB Group operations in Jamaica and Trinidad.
