Metacom ERP was deployed as the companys Construction ERP to centralize project cost control, contract administration, procurement and financial reporting for project-based operations in the Netherlands. The implementation focused on core Construction ERP capabilities, with configuration work on project cost control, contract management, procurement workflows, document management and financial interfacing. The deployment included package-level configuration and parametrization to align estimating, invoicing and cost capture with Mouriks project delivery processes, and the Metacom ERP reporting layer was instrumented for operational and contractual visibility. Operational coverage extended across project delivery, site operations, procurement and finance departments within the Netherlands. Standard category-aligned integrations and interfaces were implemented to support time registration, general ledger posting and subcontractor invoicing workflows, enabling continuous transactional flow between project execution and financial close. Governance and operational ownership were established with an application manager, a package expert and a reporting developer for Metacom ERP, who managed configuration, version control, change requests and report development. Ongoing responsibilities included release coordination, report maintenance and aligning ERP configuration with business process updates to preserve project accounting consistency. |
