Education Horizons Legacy Education Horizons SEQTA Learning and Development HCM n/a 2015 2015
In 2015, John Paul College implemented Education Horizons SEQTA in Brisbane, Australia to integrate learning, wellbeing and continuous reporting alongside their Synergetic school management system. The Education Horizons SEQTA deployment served as the school's Learning and Development platform, centralizing learning management, pastoral care records and continuous reporting workflows for teachers, parents and students, and providing a single connected view of learning and pastoral data. The implementation integrated with the Synergetic school management system to align student records and administrative data with classroom and wellbeing workflows, enabling teachers to access consolidated student profiles and continuous reports. Operational coverage included teaching staff, pastoral teams, students and parents across the college, and governance moved toward unified reporting and communication processes to support visible learning and wellbeing monitoring. Education Horizons Legacy Synergetic ERP Education ERP ERP Services and Operations n/a 2012 2012
In 2012 John Paul College implemented Synergetic ERP as its core student and administrative platform, classified under the Education ERP category. The implementation was managed alongside Microsoft SharePoint, the college Learning Managed Solution, ETL pipelines and reporting systems by the college Project Manager and Business Intelligence Developer, providing a unified application footprint for early learning through year 12 operations and registered VET delivery. The Synergetic ERP deployment included custom transactional forms and SQL-level extensions, with tables, triggers, stored procedures and functions created to capture structured and unstructured student and administrative data for reporting, trending and historical performance analysis. A complementary data warehouse and Business Intelligence stack was developed using SSIS for ETL, SSAS for analytical models and SSRS and Crystal Reports for operational and regulatory reporting, enabling automated regulatory submissions to QSA BonSAI and VET systems. Integrations were explicitly implemented between Synergetic ERP, Active Directory, and SharePoint to support a college community portal used by teachers, marketing, alumni and sponsor communication. The implementation covered identity management, data quality processes and application integration workflows that linked the LMS and community portal with authoritative student records, and produced a student profile report visualizing actual and expected performance, learning styles and influences to inform teaching practice. Governance and operational handover included data cleansing, establishing authoritative data sources, documented reporting processes and training so administration staff could self-manage regulatory reporting. The program also delivered operational and financial reporting to support school administration and a college wide printing project that aligned workflow, staff and student services and cost reconciliation.
