Governance and process changes were administered through ongoing management of the Archibus CAFM database system, regular reviews of construction plans and specifications, and maintenance of CAD and data standards to ensure accurate chargebacks for administrative costs and government grants. The system supported Facilities Management business functions including space planning, construction documentation, asset tracking, and reporting, with controlled workflows for data updates and archival procedures.
