Operational integration was coordinated with other vendor systems managed by the clinical operations group, including Labcorp for laboratory data, DrugDev for trial communications, and IWRS for randomization and supply management, enabling handoffs across data collection, lab feeds, and enrollment workflows. Governance rested in the Study Management Team structure, with CTMs directing site onboarding and vendor oversight, CRAs and LTMs adopting eCOA workflows for source data capture, and study processes updated to incorporate eCOA scheduling and monitoring into routine clinical operations.
