Mercury Payment Systems provided the payment capture and authorization layer, supporting PCI compliant card acceptance workflows for both bookings and in-venue sales. Operational coverage focused on payments for the retail tourism context in New Orleans, United States, with the integration embedding payment capture into the kiosk and concierge application stack. Functional capabilities implemented included point-of-sale card acceptance, transaction authorization, and secure hardware encryption at the terminal. Good Work Marketing served as the implementation partner responsible for platform build and payment integration, and the rollout emphasized PCI compliance and hardware encryption as governance controls. The Mercury integration enabled PCI compliant in-kiosk swiping and direct processor integration at launch, delivering secure card acceptance for bookings and on-site sales.
