WeSchool Legacy WeSchool LMS Learning and Development HCM n/a 2016 2016
Jointly Italy implemented WeSchool LMS in 2016 to support HR and corporate wellbeing initiatives. The deployment was scoped to build online learning communities that deliver career guidance, parental engagement programs and structured certification workflows across Italy. The implementation maps directly to the Learning and Development category and focused on HR, education liaison and program administration functions. WeSchool LMS was configured to host cohort-based courses, threaded community discussions and managed certification pipelines, enabling instructors and administrators to issue PCTO credentials. Functional capabilities implemented included course authoring, learner interaction and comment-driven engagement together with certificate issuance workflows. Jointly centralized course content, enrollment and learner feedback within a single Learning and Development environment to streamline program delivery. Operational coverage extended across programs in Italy, with the platform used continuously since 2016. By the 2021–2022 edition Jointly reached about 20,000 users, generated approximately 30,000 comments and issued 34,000 PCTO certificates to scale engagement and certification delivery. The deployment supported community moderation and credential management processes to sustain high-volume learner interactions. Governance emphasized structured certification workflows and centralized administration of cohorts to align engagement with PCTO credentialing requirements. WeSchool LMS served as the primary system for Jointly Italy's online learning communities, connecting HR and program teams with learners and parents to operationalize career guidance and certification processes.
