In 2018 Jonah Energy implemented Peloton Wellview as part of its Drilling Operations Management tooling. The deployment was positioned to support well planning and drilling operations workflows across geology, reservoir, planning, engineering, production, and operations teams based out of Jonah Energy LLC in Denver, CO. Peloton Wellview was configured to support drilling operations reporting, well lifecycle documentation, and well planning and geosteering workflows, aligning with standard Drilling Operations Management capabilities such as structured well activity capture, wellbore data management, and operational reporting. Configuration work emphasized application-level maintenance, pre and post application quality control testing during server patch cycles, and documentation of operational procedures. Operational coverage included co‑ordination with the companys GIS and geoscience stack, with the GIS Architect serving as primary contact for ESRI Portal, Server, ArcMap and data architecture. The Peloton Wellview implementation operated alongside other E&P and production tools that Jonah supported, including SES, EDM and production accounting tools such as P2 Merrick Pro Count, Allocations and Carte, with data stewardship and archival processes managed by the internal GIS and systems support function. Governance focus centered on user training, knowledge base documentation, upgrade roadmaps and vendor licensing and maintenance management. Ownership of stakeholder expectations and ongoing system optimizations was assigned to the internal GIS Architect and E&P business analyst teams, integrating Peloton Wellview into established operational support, patching, and release processes.
