Operational integrations included sending work orders to vendors through the IBM Portal and liaising with building management and contractors for inductions and emergency call outs. The implementation supported contractor management processes and monthly contractor meetings, with site staff using IBM Maximo to generate vendor work orders and follow up on ad hoc repair requests. Governance and process changes emphasized adherence to Safety and HS&E policies, regular site safety inspections and the preparation of compliance paperwork as required by IBM. Day to day operational control was exercised through Maximo driven work orders, change request workflows and documented contractor oversight, aligning facilities, operations and compliance functions under the Enterprise Asset Management platform.
