In 2024, Jouel implemented Blue Lotus 360 Cloud ERP Enterprise edition across the Jouel & Kreolor Group to unify Procurement, Inventory, POS and Finance for three legal entities in Seychelles. The Blue Lotus 360 Cloud ERP deployment is an ERP Financial solution used to centralize finance, retail and manufacturing operations across the group.
The implementation configured core modules including Procurement, Inventory management, retail Point of Sale and Finance, with Enterprise edition capabilities for consolidated financial reporting and multi currency handling. The Point of Sale was delivered as an offline first architecture to ensure continuity at store sites, and the system included automated certificate generation at sale and single click consolidated financials for group reporting.
Operational coverage spanned three legal entities in Seychelles, encompassing Jouel retail stores and Kreolor manufacturing operations, providing unified inventory and procurement flows and a single source of financial truth. Blue Lotus 360 Cloud ERP consolidated transactional retail and manufacturing workflows into centralized ledgers and inventory records, supporting auditable transaction trails and group consolidation processes.
Governance and process changes emphasized unified reporting and close mechanics across legal entities, aligning finance and operations teams on standardized certificate issuance and store continuity procedures. The deployment delivered improved consolidated financial reporting and enhanced multi currency handling, and it enabled faster, auditable financial close processes through single click consolidated financials.
