Inventory management capabilities were configured in MetalTrax ERP to receive stock, and to add and remove inventory with enforced account coding for vendor returns and customer returns. A master vacation and time off calendar was implemented to standardize time off tracking across the company.

Bank reconciliation procedures were executed inside MetalTrax ERP, and customer payment posting workflows were formalized to support accounts receivable operations and customer relations related to payment receiving.
Governance changes focused on standardizing account coding for inventory adjustments and instituting centralized control of AP and AR processes across subsidiaries. Workflow controls were applied to invoice processing, inventory returns accounting, payroll handoffs to the Paychecks provider, and the master time off calendar to reduce transaction inconsistencies and improve cross‑department coordination.
