In 2017, Junior Adventures Group implemented MYOB Exo as an ERP Financial solution to consolidate payroll and timekeeping across the organisation. The deployment was scoped to unify payroll operations and standardise time and attendance intake under a single platform.
The implementation centered on payroll processing configuration, payroll run orchestration, and time and attendance data ingestion consistent with ERP Financial capabilities. Work included consolidating payroll rules and payroll run workflows into the MYOB Exo instance, and configuring interfaces to accept timesheet and roster data to support accurate payroll processing.
Operational workstreams consolidated two payroll system instances, MYOB EXO and Attache, into one MYOB Exo environment, and reduced time and attendance tooling from two systems to a single Time Target instance while decommissioning Emplive Roster Live. Payroll processing was centralised from office sites in Queensland and Victoria to the head office in Victoria, affecting Payroll, HR, and Finance functional teams.
Governance and rollout were managed by a project team that included a dedicated Payroll Project Manager from March 2017 to September 2017 on a six month contract. The project delivered process improvements in payroll processing and centralized operational control of payroll and timekeeping workflows.

In 2020, Junior Adventures Group implemented Avature ATS to centralize recruitment for its community of out of school hours care programs across Queensland. The deployment targeted Applicant Tracking System capabilities to support both volume hiring and transformational talent strategies managed by a National Talent Acquisition team.
The Avature ATS implementation emphasized configurable candidate pipelines, persistent talent pools, assessment centre scheduling and candidate experience workflows. Configuration work included sourcing pipelines, automated screening and application triage, templates for outreach and assessment, and structured candidate hand off to downstream onboarding processes, with the Avature ATS name embedded in recruiting workflows and talent pool management.
Operational scope covered the National Talent Acquisition function and supported hiring across regional programs and sites, with operational notes reflecting the Caloundra office relocation to Brisbane and recurring travel between the Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast and North Queensland. The solution was configured to deliver assessment centre management, career fair tracking and targeted sourcing initiatives within the Avature ATS, while coordinating hand off to a contracts and onboarding team for compliance and new hire administration.
Governance and process controls focused on candidate confidentiality, screening requirements including verification steps used during candidate screening, and a structured induction to align hiring managers and recruiters. The implementation formalized stakeholder management workflows and training for recruiters to use Avature ATS for volume portfolios, assessment events and ongoing talent pool development.

| Kidsoft | Legacy | Kidsoft | Childcare Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018 Junior Adventures Group implemented Kidsoft as its Childcare Management application. The Kidsoft deployment covered JAG’s outside of school hours care network across approximately 400 school sites in Australia, onboarding roughly 2,000 staff and enabling around 50,000 families to make bookings.
Kidsoft was configured to manage bookings and attendance workflows, including family facing booking processes and attendance tracking used by service administrators. Configuration work concentrated on session and enrolment parameters, attendance reconciliation and administrative controls consistent with Childcare Management system capabilities. The implementation specifically enabled management of bookings and attendance of children attending services.
Deployment was supported by a structured national change program led by a Senior Change Analyst who acted as second in command to the Change Lead, coaching leaders and mentoring a team of 10 Change Champions seconded from the business. The change program ran from March 2018 to December 2018 and included training, support and business led change activities to operationalize Kidsoft across sites. During the same period JAG introduced 1Place as a cloud based compliance platform used by 400 operational sites to manage compliance checklists and apply for government funding.
Operational ownership for the Kidsoft Childcare Management implementation rested with operational and frontline administrative functions within the outside of school hours care business, and governance emphasized business led rollout, local change champions and leader coaching to drive adoption across the national footprint.
