In 2015 Just Group implemented Microsoft Dynamics GP as its ERP Financial platform to consolidate corporate accounting workflows for the Just Retirement Group after merger activity. The deployment targeted core financial management and accounting operations under the finance systems function.
The Microsoft Dynamics GP implementation encompassed data migration and systems configuration work, with explicit responsibility for migrating Coda Financials data into Microsoft Great Plains and resolving complex Coda upgrade issues during the 2016 workstream. Functional coverage included accounts payable and supplier interfaces, banking integrations, commission processing workflows, PCF Cheque writer cheque issuance, and finance reporting instrumentation.
Integrations and adjacent tooling administered alongside Microsoft Dynamics GP included Coda Financials, VBA and Coda XL utilities, commissions systems, various banking systems, Sharperlight reporting, Vendor Audit Reports, Concur expenses and SAS. Operational scope centered on the finance and accounting function, with the Finance Systems Accountant responsible for setup of all Just Retirement employees across Coda and related systems and for ongoing administration of Great Plains and ancillary finance systems.
Governance and operational continuity were delivered through training and production of process notes, culminating in a formal handover to an Interim Finance Systems Accountant. Workstreams retained ownership for upgrade remediation, data migration, and ongoing support of Microsoft Great Plains and its integrated finance ecosystem.

| PageUp | Legacy | PageUp ATS | Applicant Tracking System | HCM | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Just Group implemented PageUp ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruitment and new-hire provisioning across HR and payroll-facing talent processes. The deployment positioned PageUp ATS to support candidate lifecycle workflows and to act as the system of record for new-starter onboarding data.
Configuration work focused on core Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including candidate tracking, offer and onboarding workflows, and automated new-start provisioning. PageUp ATS was configured to create and maintain new-hire records and to surface recruitment data required for downstream HR and payroll processing, aligning hiring requisitions with position, salary, and pay rule attributes.
Integrations surfaced in operational use, with PageUp used to set up new starts in Chris21 through the PageUp HR system, and with payroll processing environments referenced as Dayforce and Kronos for weekly payroll runs covering over 6000 employees. The implementation thus connected talent acquisition workflows in PageUp ATS to HRIS provisioning and to payroll master file inputs used by the organisation’s payroll teams.
Operational governance emphasized payroll master file stewardship and high-volume transaction handling, including backpay, bonuses, allowances, deductions, termination and redundancy calculations, and leave entitlement reconciliation. Ongoing processes included updating employee details in payroll master files, validating payroll-related reports from report designer, addressing employee payroll queries in plain language, and providing training to new starters and HR staff on PageUp ATS driven onboarding procedures.

| Microsoft | Legacy | Microsoft 365 | Collaboration | Collaboration | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Just Group implemented Microsoft 365. The Microsoft 365 deployment was scoped as a Collaboration platform to augment existing messaging and desktop tools across Just Group's international retail and corporate estate.
Configuration focused on core Collaboration services including Exchange Online for mail routing among select groups, Microsoft Teams for real time messaging and meetings, SharePoint and OneDrive for document management and knowledge sharing, and client integration across desktop and mobile endpoints. The implementation was designed to coexist with the organization's IBM Notes email system while extending document versioning, presence and team collaboration capabilities through Microsoft 365.
Integrations leveraged existing identity and management tools, Active Directory supported user account management and provisioning for Microsoft 365, and HEAT ticketing was used to surface support tasks into IT Service Desk workflows. Remote access and endpoint support tied into Citrix and remote client tools such as FortiClient, TeamViewer, IntelliAdmin and VNC Viewer, iPad device management used Sotihub MobiControl, and printing workflows remained integrated with Papercut, FollowMe Print and AS400 printing paths.
Operational coverage included local and international retail stores and corporate offices across Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom, Singapore and Malaysia with a 24/7 support model. Governance and process work centered on strengthening user access management via Active Directory, updating incident and request handling in HEAT, revising team rostering and onboarding, and delivering training and knowledge base guidance to embed Microsoft 365 Collaboration practices across store operations, EFTPOS support, payroll scheduling with Chris21 and Dayforce and call centre reporting.
