In 2022 Juvare implemented Greenhouse ATS as its Applicant Tracking System to centralize recruiting activity while the company stood up a formal HR function. The Greenhouse ATS deployment coincided with hiring and training of a Talent Acquisition Manager and a recruiting team of three, alongside two HR generalists and a payroll and benefits specialist, establishing recruiting as a managed, centralized workflow for the company.
The Greenhouse ATS configuration focused on standard applicant tracking capabilities, including requisition management, candidate lifecycle tracking, interview orchestration and offer management, with reporting and hiring workflow automation configured to support the Talent Acquisition team. The implementation included a migration of candidate and HR data from BambooHR and integration with the newly adopted Payroll and HRIS system Paylocity to align hiring events with payroll and employee records.
Operational coverage extended to global HR operations, supporting hiring processes across the US, Canada, Lithuania, Australia and New Zealand, and it was executed alongside an internal extraction from the PEO Insperity to internal payroll and benefits management. Governance was established through revised HR policies, a new employee handbook and structured HR processes, with Greenhouse ATS serving as the recruiting control point within broader HR process changes such as new performance management and succession planning programs.
