Operational coverage focused on Sales Operations, Marketing Operations, Sales Training and Medical Affairs under a centralized IT support model. Governance was managed by the IT Business Partner who administered approximately 1 million dollars in application contracts and led support and change management across Veeva Engage and adjacent systems. Role based governance, content approval workflows and phased user onboarding were applied to align compliant content delivery and field reporting needs. The implementation emphasized operational support and cross system coordination rather than stand alone conferencing, reflecting an orchestration approach across commercial and medical engagement workflows.
