Operational execution replaced a manual envelope-by-envelope process, where Kalunga previously sent more than 1,500 documents individually, with a batched process that completes obligations in minutes instead of days. Governance and workflow controls were implemented to program mandatory actions and layered validation rules that do not block process flows, allowing continuity of business processes while enforcing required approvals and inputs. The change emphasized process orchestration and time optimization, with Kalunga citing optimization of time as the primary benefit following the rollout of the Senior Sistemas X Platform electronic signature enhancements.
