Tyler Technologies Legacy Tyler State Regulatory Platform Document Management Content Management n/a 2023 2023
In 2023, the Kansas Office of the State Bank Commissioner implemented the Tyler State Regulatory Platform from Tyler Technologies. This state-level regulatory licensing deployment in the United States used the Tyler State Regulatory Platform as a Document Management solution to support licensing and payment processing for the agency. The implementation integrated Tyler's CAVU eLicense functionality with NMLS, establishing automated daily license and payment updates. The deployment configured the eLicense system to import NMLS changes and payment information directly into the Tyler State Regulatory Platform, enabling automated data ingestion for license lifecycle updates and payment reconciliation within the Document Management environment. Operationally the rollout focused on licensing operations within the Office of the State Bank Commissioner, shifting manual entry and batch processing to scheduled automated imports. The integration reduced manual data entry and processing time and improved data accuracy and staff efficiency by synchronizing NMLS records and payment data into the eLicense workflow.
