In 2022, Kenootz Pizza implemented Orders2me Order Management on its public website. The implementation uses Orders2me Order Management as the primary online ordering engine to capture customer orders directly through the company website.
Configuration focused on menu and catalog management, web storefront configuration, order capture and checkout flows, and order routing to internal fulfillment channels. The implementation included customer facing functionality such as item modifiers, order notes, and status notifications consistent with Order Management category capabilities. Administrative functions were provisioned in the Orders2me Order Management console for menu updates, pricing changes, and daily order reconciliation.
