In 2017, Kerzner International implemented Epicor iScala as its ERP Financial platform. The deployment targeted corporate finance and accounting operations within Kerzner International in the United Arab Emirates and supported transactional financial processing for hospitality operations.
Epicor iScala was configured with core financial modules including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed assets, multi currency ledger and financial reporting, aligned to hospitality revenue flows and intercompany accounting. Configuration emphasized chart of accounts standardization, automated journal processing and period close orchestration using Epicor iScala capabilities.
The Epicor iScala implementation integrated with Smartsheet for project and close task coordination, with DocuSign and BOX to manage signed contracts and supporting document storage, and with Ramco to exchange workforce and payroll data. These integrations created a connected record chain between contract documentation, operational project tracking and core financial transactions.
Governance for the ERP Financial deployment established centralized financial controls, approval workflows and role based access within Epicor iScala, with Smartsheet used to track rollout tasks and change control. Operational ownership resided with corporate finance while the system serviced accounting and treasury functions across the organization.

Ramco HCM was provisioned to provide role based access, workforce administration and reporting capabilities aligned with Core HR operational terminology.
Deployment scope covered nine countries and more than 10,000 employees, positioning Ramco HCM on Cloud as the primary HR system for Kerzner International across its international resorts and hospitality operations. Governance was structured to consolidate HR data and analytics for global HR leadership and regional HR teams, while the cloud deployment model supported multi country coverage and centralized administration.

In 2015 Kerzner International implemented Oracle OPERA Property 5 Management as its Hotel Property Management platform. The initiative was executed under the companys Global hospitality IT Application Systems organization and targeted property operations across Kerzner's global portfolio.
Oracle OPERA Property 5 Management was configured to support core property workflows typical of the Hotel Property Management category, including front office operations, reservations processing, rate and room inventory controls, housekeeping coordination, and night audit functions. Configuration work included property profile setup, rate plan and distribution controls, and operational parameterization to align with enterprise reservation and revenue practices.
The deployment incorporated explicit integrations with the Global Central Reservations System and Salesforce for CRM driven bookings, and connections into the IT Service Management System to route support ticketing and operational incidents. Governance was formalized by the IT Applications team, which owned vendor management, project management for development and enhancement work, and the creation and enforcement of SOPs, user guides, and change procedures for the Global Central Reservations System, Salesforce, Oracle OPERA Property 5 Management and the IT Service Management System.
