In 2016, Forty Winks implemented MYOB Exo as its ERP Financial system. The implementation established MYOB Exo as the central finance platform supporting head office financial management and franchise accounting across the retailer's network.
MYOB Exo is operated on SQL Server and the IT team provides SQL administration and application support for Head Office and for 40 plus franchise stores. Functional capabilities implemented align with ERP Financial workflows, including transaction processing, general ledger consolidation, and finance reporting to support corporate and franchise accounting.
The program was integrated into a broader data ecosystem via a Domo data warehouse, where a major data transformation project consolidated highly fragmented sources. Data sources explicitly brought into Domo include MYOB Exo on SQL Server, Retail Express via API, V Count via API, Retail Next via API, Emarsys CRM via API and SFTP, and various spreadsheet sources, with complex ETLs built to cleanse, combine, and harmonize data and to produce a full suite of dashboards for the business.
Operational governance centered on centralized ETL ownership and cross functional stakeholder engagement to define reporting requirements and dashboard design. Day to day operations include ongoing SQL administration, application support, and hardware and application support for Head Office and the 100 plus franchisee footprint, embedding MYOB Exo into Forty Winks finance and reporting processes.

| MYOB | Legacy | MYOB Exo POS | Point Of Sale | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2016 | 2016 |
In 2016, Forty Winks implemented MYOB Exo POS as its Point Of Sale platform across national operations. The rollout was coordinated from the Forty Winks national support office in Melbourne, which supports over 30 franchisees and 42 stores, with an implementation window managed from January 2016 to July 2016 by the National IT Training and Services coordinator.
Deployment activities centered on MYOB Exo POS configuration and store-level checkout workflow enablement, with parallel PC-Eftpos development to support card acquiring at point of sale. The program included creation and delivery of course materials, new software and system training, and development of support documentation for national head office, development partners and franchisees, reflecting traditional Point Of Sale functional workflows such as transaction processing and operator training.
The program also implemented ManageEngine Service Desk to centralize incident and service request handling for the POS environment, and involved ongoing management of external vendors to coordinate outstanding project milestones and support items. Procurement and research for required software and hardware were part of the deployment, and oversight of in-house ICT systems and strategy was maintained by the national coordinator.
Governance was exercised through project management practices led by the National IT Training and Services coordinator, including vendor relationship management, rollout scheduling for MYOB Exo POS and PC-Eftpos development, and training governance to ensure consistent operational procedures across franchisees and stores. Documentation and support processes were established to sustain the Point Of Sale operations and provide a single point of contact for franchise and store level support.

| Zoom Video Communications | Legacy | Zoom | Audio Video and Web Conferencing | Collaboration | n/a | 2020 | 2020 |
In 2020, Forty Winks implemented Zoom as its primary conferencing platform, integrating browser-based meeting access directly on their public website. The deployment is categorized under Audio Video and Web Conferencing and the presence of Zoom on their website indicates customer-facing and employee-facing browser join flows are enabled.
The Zoom implementation leverages standard Audio Video and Web Conferencing capabilities including scheduled meetings, webinar-style broadcasts, screen sharing, and cloud-hosted participant access. Configuration appears focused on web-embedded meeting links and clientless join experiences to simplify interactions between customers and store or corporate staff.
Operational coverage targets corporate communication and retail operations within Australia, supporting functions such as sales engagement, customer support interactions, and internal leadership meetings. Governance and workflow controls referenced in the deployment align with meeting scheduling and host permission constructs typical for an organization of this size, and Zoom is explicitly surfaced on the company website as part of the conferencing topology.
