In 2021, Key Value deployed Apromore Enterprise Edition to provide Process Mining capabilities supporting a continuous improvement and lean six-sigma project portfolio at a primary financial client in Italy. The engagement tracked four project streams executed by a three person workgroup, and the implementation was scoped to support process modeling, value stream mapping, KPI definition and executive dashboard design for those streams.
Apromore Enterprise Edition was configured for event log ingestion, process discovery, conformance checking and performance analytics to identify process variants and bottlenecks across the portfolio. Process mapping artifacts were produced in BPMN 2.0 using Bizagi, data analysis and ad hoc extracts were performed in MS Excel, and BI dashboards were developed in MS Power BI, creating a pipeline where Apromore outputs fed Power BI visualizations for KPI monitoring.
The deployment was positioned as a central process mining instance governed by the three person workgroup, which maintained KPI definitions, curated datasets, and prepared executive presentations. Business functions impacted included process improvement teams, business analysts and BI practitioners, with operational coverage focused on the four defined project streams within the client engagement rather than an enterprise wide rollout.
