Governance was formalized through monthly KPI tracking and scorecard reviews, a reorganization of Credit and Collections to align with collection effectiveness, and an internal audit framework. Explicit outcomes recorded during the rollout include meeting DSO and bad debt write-off goals for 2022 through 2024, a historic net bad debt write-off of 0.12 percent of sales in 2023, and internal audits that identified over $500k in disputed sales leading to $350k in recoveries.
