RadiusOne AR Suite was configured to operationalize credit scoring, automated credit limit approvals, collections workflow orchestration, cash application and reconciliation processes, dispute management, and monthly KPI reporting. Configuration included automated credit decisioning and standardized monthly bad debt write-off procedures, plus structured scorecard reporting used in executive monthly presentations.
The implementation integrated HighRadius credit scoring model into RadiusOne AR Suite to standardize credit decisioning and reduce inconsistencies in approval outcomes. Operational coverage extended across Credit and Collections, finance reconciliation, billing investigations with sales, and internal audit processes that fed dispute recovery and SOP development.
Governance was formalized through monthly KPI tracking and scorecard reviews, a reorganization of Credit and Collections to align with collection effectiveness, and an internal audit framework.
