Integrations propagated validated records into CRM workflows and the contact center, changing operational routing so call center agents received authenticated, enriched profiles during interactions. Governance and process changes formalized the multi-stage validation and authentication flows within People CDP as the single source of truth. Outcomes cited in the Infobip case study include about a 50 percent reduction in operational costs, approximately a 20 percent increase in call center agent efficiency, and a roughly 30 percent conversion rate.
