In 2024, Kitsch LLC implemented the LoudCrowd Platform as a Content Management solution to operationalize personalized Creator Storefronts for marketing and eCommerce in the United States. The LoudCrowd Platform deployment targeted elimination of affiliate code leakage while improving creator performance tracking and attribution.
Kitsch configured Creator Storefronts to host creator specific product catalogs, enable storefront level attribution, and surface creator performance metrics. The implementation leveraged Content Management capabilities within the LoudCrowd Platform to manage storefront content, merchandising rules, personalization, and attribution tagging across storefront pages.
The LoudCrowd Platform integrated with Kitsch's eCommerce site to present creator storefronts on site and capture sales attributed to individual creators. Operational scope included marketing and eCommerce functions in the United States and emphasized on site storefront experiences over code based affiliate links.
Governance focused on storefront attribution, creator performance measurement, and a creator program rollout with initial measurement windows. In the first three months the program delivered a 4.3X ROI and $80K in attributed storefront revenue, produced higher AOV, and produced a substantially improved storefront conversion rate versus the rest of the site while stopping affiliate code leakage.
