In 2023, KLIPP engaged Hello Again to deploy Hello Again as its Customer Loyalty platform for CRM and marketing across its hair and beauty salon chain in Austria. The engagement targeted digital customer retention and transaction support for KLIPP through a branded mobile and web loyalty experience.
Hello Again implemented the KLIPP Bonusclub App to deliver core Customer Loyalty capabilities including digital loyalty points, tiered rewards and redemption workflows, a salon finder for location discovery, and integration with the chain online shop to support purchases and reward redemptions. Configuration focused on member enrollment, points accrual and redemption logic, campaign messaging templates, and in-app product listing to align loyalty mechanics with salon services and retail sales.
Integrations were explicitly implemented with KLIPP marketing and CRM workflows to enable targeted customer communications and transactional event capture, and the solution connected to the KLIPP online shop to synchronize purchases and reward consumption across channels. The rollout covered KLIPP salon operations in Austria and was managed as a centralized Customer Loyalty program governed by the marketing and CRM teams.
After a three month pilot the KLIPP Bonusclub App went live on February 12, 2024, and rapidly reached over 175,000 registered users with approximately 60 percent active users, supporting transactions and ongoing customer communications. Governance centered on marketing led campaign orchestration and CRM driven member lifecycle management, with operational handoff to salon marketing teams for local execution.
