In 2017, KMF Group implemented Advanced Payroll under the Apps Category, deploying OneAdvanced Advanced Payroll to centralize payroll and time and attendance processing across its workforce. The implementation targeted payroll and shop floor employee compensation workflows, translating and migrating roster data, work patterns, pension details, CSA entries, National Insurance records, and year to date totals into Advanced Payroll.
The Advanced Payroll deployment included configuration of the payroll engine and time and attendance capabilities, mapping employee master data, and converting roster and work pattern logic for automated pay calculations. Data migration work involved structured mapping, cleansing, and validation of payroll fields to preserve pension, CSA, NI, and YTD accuracy within the OneAdvanced Advanced Payroll system.

The project was led by an internal Epicor Systems Specialist who executed the translation and migration activities and trained key users on the Payroll and Time and Attendance system.
Governance included user training and handover to key business users, and the implementation delivered completed translation and migration of roster, work pattern, and employee payroll details, with key users trained to operate Advanced Payroll and Time and Attendance workflows.
