Cogia CXM was used as the Customer Experience application supporting these workflows and integrating the exhibitor communication and onboarding touchpoints with exhibition operations in India. The implementation covered four major shows and supported exhibition operations in India, delivering greater than 98% exhibitor onboarding success and an approximately 80% reduction in email follow-ups according to the vendor case study. Reported changes emphasize centralized onboarding workflows and reduced manual follow-ups across the exhibitor lifecycle.
