Architecture followed a cloud hosted Microsoft 365 tenant model with centralized administration and delegated site level management to regional IT teams. Identity and provisioning workflows were consolidated to support single sign on and centralized account lifecycle management across Korian care homes and corporate offices in France.

Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices was configured to support invoice capture and automated data extraction workflows typical of Intelligent Document Processing, including optical character recognition, document classification, validation checkpoints, and export-ready staging for accounts payable processing. The implementation emphasized invoice-centric automation and exception handling to feed downstream finance workflows.
The solution was integrated into Korian's finance IS landscape alongside CODA, Kyriba, BFC SAP, Baseware, and Notilus, enabling data handoffs to accounts payable and treasury processes. Integration points focused on posting-ready data exports, validation feedback loops, and routing to AP systems used by the Finance IS division.
Governance and operational ownership were placed under the Research and Development Director who managed BUILD and MCO activities for Korian's five IS business divisions, including Finance IS. Work on the Tungsten ReadSoft Invoices implementation fed into the constitution of Korian's 2019 IS roadmap and ongoing run governance across finance, supporting centralized AP and treasury workflows.
