Operational rollout included half day user training that achieved 100 percent user acceptance, and the case study reports an increase in lead conversion as a result of the standardized Digital Sales Workplace and Online Service Management usage. Governance adjustments focused on standardizing sales practices and service booking procedures across dealer operations while preserving dealer execution responsibility.
