In 2019, Kosmocar deployed the OneDealer Automotive Platform across its 120 authorised dealer network in Greece, standardizing sales and introducing online service booking across dealer operations. The deployment targeted sales and after sales process standardization, aligning dealer workflows with a centralized platform footprint.
The implementation delivered two primary modules, the Digital Sales Workplace and Online Service Management, which were configured to support CRM and service booking workflows. These modules were implemented to address lead capture, sales opportunity progression and online appointment scheduling within the Dealership Management category.
Rollout was phased and began with Volkswagen dealers before extending to the wider Kosmocar network, covering dealer facing user interfaces, customer facing online booking flows and dealer CRM interaction points under the OneDealer Automotive Platform. The scope encompassed sales and after sales functions across Greece and centralized application provisioning for the authorised dealer estate.
Operational rollout included half day user training that achieved 100 percent user acceptance, and the case study reports an increase in lead conversion as a result of the standardized Digital Sales Workplace and Online Service Management usage. Governance adjustments focused on standardizing sales practices and service booking procedures across dealer operations while preserving dealer execution responsibility.
