Temenos Legacy Temenos T24 Core Banking ERP Services and Operations Fortress Data Services 2016 2016
In 2016 KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati implemented Temenos T24 as its Core Banking platform. The deployment used Temenos T24 Retail, Wholesale, and Islamic Banking editions to consolidate core account servicing, product administration, and transaction processing across the cooperative's banking operations. Fortress Data Services acted as the system integrator and developed local enhancements to Temenos T24, extending standard modules including AA Deposits, AA Lending, LD Lending, LD Deposits, delivery channel interface, Alert, Funds Transfer, Teller, Forex, Money Market, Security Trading, and SWIFT interface. Configuration and development work emphasized product parameterization, transaction posting rules, teller workflows, channel message handling, and Islamic banking product flows. Integrations implemented within the Temenos T24 stack included delivery channel interfaces for customer and teller access, SWIFT messaging for correspondent banking, funds transfer rails, and trading interfaces supporting forex and money market operations. The implementation covered retail and wholesale banking functions, teller and branch operations, treasury and trading desks, and Islamic banking business functions for end to end account lifecycle and transaction orchestration. Fortress Data Services delivered these local enhancements and configuration patterns across a series of Indonesian financial institutions while supporting KSP Sahabat Mitra Sejati, creating repeatable localization approaches for Temenos T24. Governance focused on controlling customizations through configuration baselines in Temenos T24, modular rollout sequencing for retail, wholesale, and Islamic capabilities, and alignment of operational workflows with compliance and channel requirements.
