The integration supported corporate communications, reservation and customer support workflows, and IT operations, while keeping the telephony platform and network security aligned with Sunrise managed connectivity across Switzerland and for globally connected staff. Governance centered on centralized provisioning and vendor consolidation through Sunrise Business, with Sunrise Business Cloud PBX serving as the core cloud telephony layer. Outcomes cited by the customer include a consolidated provider stack and seamless global connectivity for employees, and the deployment is positioned as a modernization of Kuoni IT communications infrastructure in Switzerland.
