Governance and rollout were led by the Directorate of Justice and Home Affairs with the Director General of Justice and Home Affairs Alberto Espiga cited as describing faster and more successful comprehensive emergency attention, improved location of incidents in rural areas, and the importance of geolocation and photo evidence when callers cannot speak.
