Kingdee Galaxy Cloud Catering was configured to ingest POS transactions from store endpoints and reconcile sales to inventory consumption and ledgers. Automation was applied to inventory issuance and procurement requisitions to streamline replenishment and cost accumulation. Operational scope covered store operations, procurement teams and corporate finance across China, moving month end cost settlement earlier in the month and improving reporting timeliness.
