Infor Legacy Infor SunSystems ERP Financial ERP Financial Management n/a 2010 2011
In 2010, Lambert Smith Hampton implemented Infor SunSystems, deploying the Infor SunSystems ERP Financial application to support its accounts payable workflows in the United Kingdom. The deployment concentrated on the purchase ledger function, embedding invoice coding, invoice posting, and payment run capabilities into the finance operating model. Operational ownership was assigned to the Purchase Ledger Clerk, who handled coding, posting invoices to SUN through to final payment run and managed supplier queries. The implementation targeted finance processes that support the company’s construction and real estate activities rather than a company wide ERP rollout. Functional configuration emphasized the purchase ledger module of Infor SunSystems, including invoice validation, ledger coding, and scheduled payment run processing. Day to day operations consisted of coding supplier invoices, posting transactions into Infor SunSystems, executing final payment runs, and responding to supplier queries within the finance department. Governance focused on role based task allocation for the Purchase Ledger Clerk and procedural controls over invoice posting and payment execution to maintain transactional traceability. The account payable centered scope reflects an operational implementation of the ERP Financial application rather than a broader multi‑module program.

Benefex, a Zellis Company Legacy Benefex OneHub | Benefits Benefits Administration HCM n/a 2023 2023
In 2023 Lambert Smith Hampton implemented Benefex OneHub | Benefits as part of a targeted Benefits Administration initiative covering approximately 1,500 UK and ROI employees across 36 offices. The deployment was led from HR operations and reward, delivered by a Head of HR Operations & Reward with a team of nine during an April to December 2023 transformation that coincided with broader HR and payroll program work. Benefex OneHub | Benefits was positioned to centralize flexible benefit schemes and produce total reward statements for employees, aligning benefits communications and enrollment across multiple pay groups and sites. The Benefex OneHub | Benefits implementation focused on core benefits administration capabilities, including configuration of flexible benefits packages, employee self-service enrollment workflows, rules-based eligibility and cost modeling, and automated total reward statement generation. Configuration work emphasized benefit plan variants and employee-facing communications to support uptake and clarify reward positioning across the workforce. This deployment ran alongside an end-to-end HR and payroll migration of 1,500 UK and ROI employees from Northgate Arinso to CoreHR, aligning benefits enrollment and deduction processes with the reorganized payroll operations which manage a £3.5m monthly payroll across four pay-groups. The Benefex OneHub | Benefits rollout was therefore delivered within a broader HR technology stack and coordinated with payroll reconfiguration and absence management initiatives. Governance and program ownership remained with HR leadership, with change management led by the HR operations and reward function and phased rollout to multiple offices. The Benefex implementation and total reward statement program is recorded as delivering circa £300,000 per annum in savings, as part of a wider transformation that also included payroll migration savings and an absence management implementation that reduced unplanned absence.
