In 2025 Lamipak implemented BIPO Compensation Management as part of a broader BIPO HRMS rollout. The official go-live occurred on August 1, 2025, targeting Lamipak operations in Indonesia to digitalise attendance, leave, overtime submissions and payslip access.
BIPO Compensation Management was deployed to provide integrated compensation and budgeting capabilities within the vendor HRMS suite. The implementation concentrated on payroll adjacent workflows, configuring employee self service for payslip access, automated capture of attendance and leave records, and structured overtime submission processes, with rules and permissioning set for HR administrators and employees.
The deployment covered HR and payroll business functions across Lamipak's Indonesian sites, centralizing time and pay related data inside BIPO HRMS. No external system integrator is named, and while no third party payroll vendor is specified, the configuration links attendance, leave and overtime inputs to compensation control and budgeting workflows in the BIPO platform.
Rollout governance emphasized an HR led cutover on the official August 1, 2025 go live date, with phased enablement of employee self service and centralized administration of pay elements. Use of BIPO Compensation and Budgeting module is inferred from the decision to roll out the vendor HRMS suite and references to pay related self service, aligning Lamipak BIPO Compensation Management with Compensation Management needs for HR and payroll functions.
