The solution aligned Field Service Management processes with technician field workflows, improving scheduling coordination for planned maintenance and day-of-service assignments. Governance and process changes included standardizing inspection workflows, instituting electronic signoff and service documentation, and centralizing job scheduling to reduce administrative burden described by the business owner. The Klipboard Field Service Management deployment revolutionised the way Land Sea & Sky track and complete their medical equipment servicing jobs, replacing manual paperwork with structured digital workflows to support compliance and more reliable service delivery.
