The solution was integrated with the company’s existing programs, specifically CLI and EBE, to enable synchronized document flows and to ensure invoices and waybills could be distributed through established channels including fax, electronic delivery, and physical dock copies. Operational coverage extended across billing, distribution, shipping, and customer service functions, consolidating document distribution and archival within the Distribution ERP application.
