| Oracle | Intuit QuickBooks Online | Oracle NetSuite ERP | ERP Financial | ERP | n/a | 2019 | 2019 |
In 2019, Lattice implemented Oracle NetSuite ERP to replace Intuit QuickBooks Online, centralizing financial operations for a 700 person professional services company. The deployment targeted the Revenue Accounting function and related finance workflows, aligning the ERP Financial application with Quote-to-Cash-to-Revenue Recognition responsibilities owned by the Director of Revenue Accounting and the accounting organization. The implementation covered month end revenue close, revenue policy documentation, and revenue reporting cadence for cross-functional stakeholders including Sales, Deal Desk, Legal, Billing, Sales Operations, and Customer Success.
Oracle NetSuite ERP was configured to support core ERP Financial capabilities, including order-to-cash processing, billing and accounts receivable, general ledger posting, and ASC606-compliant revenue recognition. The deployment emphasized technical memo documentation of revenue recognition positions and configuration of revenue schedules to ensure consistent application of US GAAP requirements. Configuration work included automating recurring revenue schedules and aligning contract accounting entries to the company revenue policy to support timely monthly close activities.
Integrations focused on synchronizing contract and quote data from sales sub-systems into Oracle NetSuite ERP, with explicit alignment to Salesforce driven processes and Deal Desk inputs. The implementation ensured contract financial data from sub-systems reconciled with and was completely and accurately recorded in the accounting system, supporting downstream reporting and external audit readiness. Operational coverage extended across finance and revenue teams and into Sales and Legal workflows to close the loop between contract terms and accounting treatment.
Governance and process transformation accompanied the technology rollout, establishing revenue policies, internal controls, and a training cadence for Sales, Deal Desk, and Billing teams on ASC606 positions and system-driven recognition rules. Responsibility for ongoing revenue reconciliation, monthly close ownership, and external audit coordination was formalized within the Revenue Accounting function. The Oracle NetSuite ERP implementation positioned Lattice to standardize ERP Financial processes and to scale revenue operations in support of company growth.

In 2017, Lattice implemented Lever by Employ as its Applicant Tracking System. Lever by Employ was deployed to manage the company career site, enabling job listings and direct candidate application capture on Lattice's website, and the implementation explicitly targeted recruiting and HR functions across the organization.
The deployment centered on standard Applicant Tracking System capabilities, including job requisition posting, candidate tracking through configurable pipeline stages, interview orchestration and scheduling, offer and disposition workflows, and structured feedback collection for hiring managers. Configuration work emphasized centralized hiring pipelines and candidate lifecycle management to support consistent recruiting workflows and reportable hiring stages.
Architecturally the implementation aligns with a cloud-hosted SaaS delivery model, with the Lever by Employ instance integrated into Lattice's public career pages to surface jobs and intake applicants. Operational governance was organized around centralized administration for recruiting teams, role-based access controls for hiring managers and interviewers, and standardized interview and approval workflows to enforce consistent hiring process discipline.

| TeamSupport | Legacy | TeamSupport SnapEngage | Chatbots and Conversational AI | AI-Powered Application | n/a | 2018 | 2018 |
In 2018, Lattice deployed TeamSupport SnapEngage on its corporate website. Lattice implemented TeamSupport SnapEngage as a Chatbots and Conversational AI solution to manage real time customer engagement and front line support intake. The implementation was focused on external web interactions to capture requests and route visitors to live support channels.
Configuration centered on conversational chat windows, proactive engagement triggers, canned responses, session transcript capture, and live agent handoff to structure web conversations. Typical Chatbots and Conversational AI capabilities such as pre chat form capture, intent based routing, and engagement analytics were applied to standardize intake workflows and support agent scripting. Automation emphasis was on routing and scripted responses rather than extensive backend orchestration.
Operational ownership was assigned to customer success and support teams who managed conversation flows and response libraries across the website. The deployment covered public product and help center pages with iterative tuning using built in reporting inside TeamSupport SnapEngage. Governance practices included regular review cycles and versioned script management to keep chat interactions aligned with support operations.
