In 2022, Laughton & Laughton implemented Epicor Grow to consolidate disparate data sources and deliver no-code dashboards as an Analytics and BI capability for the firm. The deployment targeted cross-functional operational visibility for service, support, development and accounting teams in Arizona, aligning Epicor Grow with core business functions that require regular operational and cash-flow reporting.
The implementation leveraged Epicor Grow business intelligence, ETL and visualization functionality to create curated data pipelines and interactive dashboards. Configurations emphasized no-code dashboard construction and scheduled data refreshes to enable daily monitoring, with data modeling and visualization layers assembled to surface operational and financial signals to nontechnical users.
Integrations focused on ingesting disparate internal sources and centralizing reporting rather than deep system-to-system reengineering, enabling a unified view across service, support, development and accounting workflows. Operational coverage remained concentrated on the Arizona sites and teams, delivering shared dashboards and role-aligned views to those business functions.
Rollout included establishing a standardized reporting cadence and centralized dashboard ownership to support daily dashboard monitoring and issue detection workflows. The Epicor Grow deployment improved cash-flow visibility and operational efficiency while accelerating decision-making through more timely detection of exceptions and operational issues.
