The implementation focused on benefits enrollment and eligibility management, benefits data maintenance, and workflows to support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to leavers. HR administrators at LCH.Clearnet used Mercer Darwin Benefits to validate and input benefits data alongside routine processes such as probation reviews, parental leave administration, absence tracking, and changes to roles and terms and conditions.
Mercer Darwin Benefits was operated alongside and integrated with other HR systems in use at LCH.Clearnet, including Workday, CIPHR, Pilat performance management, and an in-house absence management system, with administrators coordinating data entry and validation across these platforms. This integration supported consistent records for right to work checks, role changes, escalations of HR enquiries, and alignment between benefits records and performance management inputs.
