In 2018 Le Bon Marché implemented Tradeshift E-invoicing as its AR Automation solution. The deployment targeted automation of invoice receipt and supplier communication to harmonize accounts payable workflows, with explicit priorities to respect supplier payment deadlines, go paperless and lower internal costs.
Tradeshift E-invoicing was configured to provide electronic invoice capture, workflow automation for invoice validation and approvals, and a supplier-facing portal to improve document handling and transparency. These AR Automation capabilities centralized invoice processing and reduced manual routing, creating machine-readable invoice streams that support faster exception handling and clearer invoice status visibility.
The program introduced governance and process changes within finance and procurement to standardize procedures and shift AP team responsibilities away from routine processing toward strategic work. Project lead Lydie Paris stated the platform frees up the AP team to be more strategic by automating mundane tasks, and that Tradeshift helps improve communication with suppliers while making document handling more efficient and transparent.

| OneTrust | Legacy | OneTrust Cookie Consent | Governance, Risk and Compliance | TRM | n/a | 2022 | 2022 |
In 2022 Le Bon Marche deployed OneTrust Cookie Consent on its customer-facing website, implementing a consent management capability as part of its Governance, Risk and Compliance tooling. The deployment was applied to https://www.lebonmarche.com/ to capture and centralize visitor cookie preferences and persist consent decisions across sessions. The implementation used the OneTrust Cookie Consent JavaScript snippet to enable client-side consent flows and preference persistence for returning visitors.
Configuration work included creation of consent banners, a user-facing preference center, cookie categorization and consent logging to maintain auditable records consistent with consent frameworks. OneTrust Cookie Consent was set up to block or allow site scripts based on recorded consent state, and to surface user choices through the preference center, aligning privacy controls with marketing and analytics tag behavior. Governance responsibilities were organized around maintaining the cookie inventory, updating category mappings, and managing configuration through the OneTrust administrative console.
