The ERP was integrated with Socloz OMS and Cegid Y2 POS to enable click and collect, e reservation, ship from store and mobile and desktop checkout across its stores in France. Integration scope centered on exchange of order status, inventory availability queries and store fulfillment commands between Cegid Orli, Socloz OMS and Cegid Y2 POS to operationalize omnichannel fulfillment. Operational changes formalized centralized inventory visibility and standardized store fulfillment workflows, aligning store teams on pick and pack procedures and reservation handling. Rollout emphasis was on configuring order routing and fulfillment policies to enable ship from store and in store pickup while centralizing visibility in the Retail Management ERP. The implementation improved customer satisfaction and supported omnichannel purchase journeys, yielding a modest increase in in store sales of approximately +5 percent as referenced in the case. Cegid Orli provided the Retail Management functionality to unify order and inventory processes across online and physical channels.
