In 2020, Leach Botanical Garden implemented Sage Intacct as its cloud financial system for ERP Financial. Configuration included automated recognition and presentation of deferred revenue tied to rentals, standardized chart of accounts for program and fundraising tracking, and report templates to support timely production of IRS Form 990s and board reporting.
Operationally the deployment consolidated a separate rentals QuickBooks file into a single Sage Intacct instance, enabling remote access for staff and outsourced accounting services from Revolution Accounting & Advisory.
