Governance and process changes emphasized standardized scoring rubrics and coach driven workflows to convert call level insights into development actions. Leadium established processes to monitor call quality, iterate on coaching playbooks, and use Conversation Intelligence outputs to support onboarding and ongoing rep evaluation. The Leadium case study reports that use of MindTickle Conversation Intelligence produced measurable outcomes, including a 200% increase in quota attainment and a 34% improvement in revenue per rep, while accelerating onboarding and improving pipeline and rep productivity.
