NTS Informatica Business Experience was configured to support accounting, human resources management, warehouse management, and customer, agent and supplier relationship workflows. The deployment emphasized configurable financial ledgers, stock and lot tracking, and process workflows aligned to the chemical manufacturing context, with solution structuring driven by client requirements and iterative partner-led configuration. Integrations focused on interfacing production and logistics processes with plant and warehouse management systems, enabling Industry 4.0 projects that connect shop floor data to inventory and order processes. The platform was provisioned to serve Lechner’s network of 11 warehouses in Italy and its international distribution footprint, and it provides mobile access to company data to support users on site and in the field. Governance and rollout were coordinated with Mantero Sistemi, who provided ongoing support and rapid issue resolution during the implementation and post go live. The company reports improvements across accounting, human resources, warehouse operations and commercial relationships, and the ERP Financial deployment has been positioned as an integral element in subsequent production and logistics integration initiatives.
