The deployment was executed with vendor Ram Technologies and focused on payer administration capabilities for enrollment, claims adjudication, provider network management and member services specific to Medicare Advantage operations. HEALTHsuite Advantage serves as the central platform for Leon Health's payer workflows and member administration. Configured functional modules include core administration for enrollment and eligibility, claims adjudication, and provider management, together with the eHealthsuite member portal for enrollment interactions and member engagement. The implementation leveraged HEALTHsuite Advantage module workflows for member lifecycle management, eligibility verification, benefit configuration and adjudication pipelines to operationalize Medicare Advantage product rules. Explicit integrations include CMS connectivity to support Medicare enrollment and regulatory reporting, and operational interfaces that link claims adjudication processes with member services and provider data management. Operational coverage is concentrated on enrollment, claims operations, provider contracting and member services teams within the South Florida market where the Medicare Advantage business was launched. Governance was structured to centralize administration of enrollment, claims and provider data under the HEALTHsuite Advantage data model, aligning workflow ownership across the impacted business functions. Rollout activities prioritized aligning enrollment and CMS reporting processes and provisioning member portal access through eHealthsuite to support consumer enrollment and ongoing member servicing. |
