In 2015, Lesotho Millennium Development Agency (LMDA) engaged GFA B.I.S to implement Infor SunSystems as its ERP Financial application to continue the organization s accounting and reporting work supporting fiscal agent services that had been customized between 2008 and 2014. The engagement centralized financial recordkeeping and reporting within Infor SunSystems, with a clear focus on meeting fiscal agent reporting requirements for the Lesotho-based agency.
GFA B.I.S led a redesign of the accounting and reporting system and configured Infor SunSystems core financial capabilities. Configuration work concentrated on general ledger structures, chart of accounts alignment for donor and fiscal agent reporting, accounts payable and accounts receivable workflows, and the reporting engine to produce the agency s statutory and donor-facing reports. Advanced user training was delivered by BIS consultants to accounting and finance staff to operationalize the redesigned workflows and reporting templates.
Following go-live, GFA B.I.S will provide ongoing remote user support to sustain operations and address post-implementation issues. Governance changes emphasized updated accounting procedures and role based access for finance personnel, reinforcing operational controls around fiscal agent services and routine reporting under the Infor SunSystems ERP Financial deployment.

In 2021, Lesotho Millennium Development Agency (LMDA) implemented Cloudflare CDN for its public website, leveraging a Content Delivery Network to deliver https://www.lmda.org.ls/. The implementation is focused on fronting the agency web origin with an edge delivery layer to cache static assets and accelerate HTTP content for external users. Cloudflare CDN is configured as the traffic entry point between internet clients and the origin server to reduce origin load and provide distributed content delivery.
Configuration aligns with standard Content Delivery Network capabilities, including distributed caching, TLS termination at the edge, HTTP caching controls and global edge node routing to optimize latency and resilience. Operational scope is concentrated on the public facing website and associated asset delivery, supporting LMDA's external communications and information publishing functions. Governance and operational ownership reside with the agency web operations and IT administration, who maintain DNS routing and CDN settings to control cache behavior and security posture.
