Platoyo Legacy Platoyo Platform eCommerce eCommerce n/a 2023 2023
In 2023, Letzshop Luxembourg implemented the Platoyo Platform to power its eCommerce marketplace operations connecting hundreds of local merchants with consumers across Luxembourg. The platform underpins letzshop.lu, a national city-marketplace supported by public-sector partners, and delivers a single cart experience with click and collect, delivery options and voucher management. Implementation centered on Platoyo's Online Marketplace and DataFactory modules, with DataFactory used to process and harmonize seller inventory and brand master data and Online Marketplace delivering catalog management and storefront orchestration. Configuration included automated product-data translation, normalized product attributes, and inventory synchronization workflows to enable real-time availability checks. The deployment ingests merchant inventory feeds and seller catalogs into the Platoyo DataFactory for transformation, then publishes normalized product records to the marketplace catalog to support single cart checkout across multiple merchants. Operational coverage includes merchant onboarding, catalog governance and order orchestration for click and collect and delivery flows, aligning marketplace operations with public-sector partner requirements. Governance was enacted through centralized product master management inside Platoyo DataFactory, automating update cadence and reducing manual product-data translation efforts. The Platoyo Platform enabled automatic stock synchronization and availability checks and automated product-data translation and updates to keep letzshop.lu storefronts current.
