| FIS Global | Legacy | FIS GETPAID | AR Automation | ERP Financial Management | n/a | 2012 | 2012 |
In 2012, Liberty Mutual Insurance implemented FIS GETPAID, an AR Automation application. The deployment targeted the accounts receivable organization, aligning FIS GETPAID with corporate billing and collections processes to support insurer cash management and receivables operations. The engagement emphasized configuring the platform to reflect insurer billing cycles and enterprise collection priorities.
Implementation work concentrated on defining new collections strategies within FIS GETPAID and delivering reporting to operationalize those strategies. Functional configuration centered on collections workflow orchestration, automated cash application, dispute lifecycle management, and accounts receivable reporting, reflecting capabilities typical of the AR Automation category. In 2017, Liberty Mutual Insurance implemented Oracle Absence Management as part of an Absence and Leave Management program aligned with a broader Oracle Fusion HCM adoption. The engagement used a coexistence model to support transition activities from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion HCM while delivering the Oracle Absence Management capability.
The implementation covered Core HR, Absence Management and Payroll functional modules. Configuration leveraged Oracle Functional Setup Manager to provision Workforce deployment and Development offerings, Manage Enterprise HCM Information and Legal Entity HCM Information to set work hours and group people using key flexfields. Trees were used to assemble departments and positions, and security was configured through Create and Modify Data Roles, Security Profiles, Job Roles, Application Roles and Duty Roles.
Payroll and calculation workflows were implemented including quick pay and standard pay processes, rollback and generate payment processes, and custom fast formulas for retro payment and proration methods. Reporting and extract development supported data feeds and compliance needs, and people group key flexfields were used to group populations for leave and payroll processing.
Operational coverage included HR and payroll teams with responsibilities noted in Boston, MA, and the project included data conversion efforts from Oracle EBS R12 to Oracle Fusion HCM. The program involved production support and DBA teams for migrations and conversions, completed user acceptance testing and managed change control, and produced business requirements, functional specifications and test case documentation while participating across the full project lifecycle.

| Broadcom | Legacy | AppWorx Workload Automation | Business Process Management | ERP Services and Operations | n/a | 2014 | 2014 |
In 2014 Liberty Mutual Insurance implemented AppWorx Workload Automation within its Business Process Management environment to orchestrate data integration and master data management operations. The deployment targeted Data Integration and MDM teams supporting Informatica driven ETL and data quality workflows across the enterprise.
AppWorx Workload Automation was configured to manage job scheduling, calendar and recursive timing triggers, dependency orchestration, and automated execution of created applications and workflows. Implementation activities included defining job objects, scheduling Informatica sessions, deploying reference tables and applications to the Data Integration Service, and embedding workload triggers into ETL and IDQ remediation pipelines.
The AppWorx implementation interfaced with Informatica components including Repository Manager, Admin Console, Designer, Workflow Manager and Workflow Monitor, and with Informatica Data Quality 9.x for profiling and cleansing orchestration. Operational integration extended to Oracle databases and UNIX agents, and the scheduling footprint coexisted with other job schedulers referenced in the environment such as UC4 and Autosys.
Governance and rollout included SQA driven testing cycles, troubleshooting workflows, IDQ administration and developer handoffs to production operations, with team responsibilities covering data profiling, de-duplication, mapping and workflow validation. The configuration emphasized orchestration of MDM and data quality routines and formalized deployment into production through coordinated workflow and job scheduling procedures.
